WISUTEC has completed, ahead of schedule and successfully, the Study on NORM/TENORM relevant industries, residues and workplaces, and the development of legislative documents for the regulation of NORM/TENORM in Romania. (Consortium with HGN GmbH). This has laid the ground for a series of new contracts in the field of NORM in South-East Europe.

WISUTEC is developing a software program for the cadastre of old mining objects in Saxony. The web-based software product is based on AL.VIS/Objects and uses Cardo components.

Responsibility of developing and managing the AL.VIS/Wismut data management system for all monitoring and technical data in the Wismut Uranium mining remediation project has been assigned to WISUTEC, Wismut's subsidiary. Wismut runs one of the largest environmental monitoring systems worldwide.

WISUTEC was contracted to develop a web-based information system for managing images for the geological cadastre of the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

WISUTEC was contracted to develop a web-based information system for searching for borehole data of the whole state of Saxony-Anhalt. These data are stored in a central database (Micosoft SQL server). The web-based application developed by WISUTEC is embedded in the geological cadastre of Saxony-Anhalt. The application merges and blends bore hole information, hydrological data and hydrological maps.

WISUTEC was contracted by the Saxon State Authority for Water Reservoirs to develop a data management system for the analysis of flood protection dykes for all rivers in Saxony. The system is based on the already existing software solution AL.VIS/objects.

Roşia Montană Gold Corporation S.A. (RMGC) contracted WISUTEC to implement the AL.VIS data management system which has been developed by, and is now used at, the Wismut Project and by numerous other clients. RMGC is developing a gold and silver mining project in the "golden quadrilateral" of Transylvania/Romania.
